An important two volume set of Sir John B. Bowrings The Kingdom And People of Siam
An important two volume set of Sir John B. Bowrings The Kingdom And People of Siam in 2 volumes482 + 446 pages) printed by John W Parker and Son 1857 both inscribed to his wife: Lady Bowring from her very affectionate J.B. HK 9/5/57 in both volumes. (Bowring was the fourth Governor of Hong Kong, 1854-57). The volumes contain facsimile letters from King Mongkut to Bowring; King Mongkut's co;our portrait, offical seals, letters, numerous illustrations, and a folding map. Lord Bowring and King Mongkut were close friends. Front and back cover are restored at latter dated. Overall conditions are very fine much better than average found for this set, but aging with some stains visible and some tears with negligible significant. Rare library set. (2 vol)

Various pages, the owner attached the related stamp either used or mint, such as the International Letter Writing Week set of 1963 and 1964, unused stamps such as the 5th Asian Games set, Thai Sports Issue, Thai Fishes 1 Series,Thai Birds 1st Series, Thai Orchids 1st Series, and others. All the information compiled is very good for collectors. Very interesting. Inspection suggested. (13)

พระบรมราชโองการ - พระบรมราชโองการ 30 ฉบับของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดชทรงพระราชทานเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ให้สุภาพบุรุษและสุภาพสตรี ในช่วงปี2520-2558 ได้แก่ 1. เครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ช้างเผือก ชั้นที่ 3 ตริตาภรณ์ 11 ฉบับ; 2. เครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ช้างเผือก ชั้นที่ 5 เบญจมาภรณ์ 1 ฉบับ; 3. เครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์มงกุฎไทย ชั้นที่ 3 ตริตาภรณ์ 16 ฉบับ; 4. เครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์มงกุฎไทย ชั้นที่ 4 จัตุรถาภรณ์ 1 ฉบับ; และ 5. เครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ ชั้นที่ 5 เบญจมาภรณ์ 1 ฉบับ พระบรมราชโองการทุกฉบับพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงลงทรงลงพระปรมาภิไธยและนายกรัฐมนตรีในเวลานั้นเป็นผู้รับสนองพระบรมราชโองการ สามฉบับใส่ในกรอบไม้ เฉลี่ยฉบับละ 450 บาท F.(30)
